Maybe you’re tired of questioning yourself all the time.
You replay conversations after they happen. You second-guess decisions you already made. You notice the tiniest change in someone’s mood & immediately wonder if you did something wrong.
Maybe you spend so much time trying to make the “right” choice, say the right thing or keep everyone comfortable that it’s gotten harder to hear your own voice underneath all that noise.
Therapy can be a place to get curious about where that self-doubt came from, understand what your overthinking has been trying to protect you from & practice trusting yourself without needing everyone else to agree first.
WHAT WE MIGHT WORK ON TOGETHER:
WHAT DOES THERAPY WITH ME LOOK LIKE?
You don’t need to come to therapy knowing exactly what to talk about, why you feel the way you do or what you’re supposed to be working on. We can figure that out together.
I’m relational, curious & pretty human in the therapy room. We might notice patterns in your relationships, make connections between what’s happening now & what you learned earlier in life, sit with emotions you usually talk yourself out of or practice listening to yourself before automatically looking to everyone else for the answer.
And sometimes we’ll laugh. Sometimes I’ll challenge you. Sometimes you’ll tell me something I said completely missed the mark. :) The goal isn’t to become a perfectly healed person—it’s to understand yourself more deeply & build enough trust in yourself to show up more fully in your own life.
When it fits what we’re working on, I can also incorporate EMDR into our sessions.
WHEN CAN WE MEET?
I offer virtual therapy appointments for Arizona clients in the mornings, with session start times of 7 AM, 8 AM, 9 AM, 10 AM & 11 AM from November–March and 6 AM, 7 AM, 8 AM, 9 AM & 10 AM from March–November (Arizona time).*
So if you’re an early bird or prefer to get therapy in before the rest of your day gets going, you have a few options. :)
*Availability for specific session times may vary.
ONLINE THERAPIST FOR WOMEN IN ARIZONA
I’m Emilee Crowder, a Licensed Professional Counselor providing virtual therapy to women throughout Arizona. I specialize in people-pleasing, anxiety, attachment wounds, relational trauma & religious trauma.
I’m especially interested in the patterns we develop to feel safe, stay connected & belong—like overthinking everything, keeping the peace, making yourself easy to be around or becoming really good at figuring out what everyone else needs.
Therapy with me is less about figuring out what’s “wrong” with you & more about understanding why these patterns make sense. From there, we can figure out what you want to keep, what you’re ready to untangle & what it might look like to trust yourself a little more.

Yes! I provide virtual therapy to clients located throughout Arizona. You don’t need to live in Phoenix, Tucson or any particular city to work with me—as long as you’re physically located in Arizona during our session, we can meet virtually.
-
I primarily work with women navigating people-pleasing, anxiety, attachment wounds, relational trauma & religious trauma. A lot of my clients don’t fit neatly into just one of those categories (because humans rarely do), so you definitely don’t need to know which one describes you before reaching out.
-
Yes! I’m trained in EMDR through an EMDRIA-approved program & can integrate EMDR into our virtual sessions when it feels useful for what we’re working on. It’s one tool we can use together—not something every session has to revolve around.

Sessions are $175 for 50 minutes. I don’t accept insurance, but I can provide a superbill that you may be able to submit for out-of-network reimbursement, depending on your insurance benefits.
-
I offer morning appointments for Arizona clients. Because Arizona doesn’t observe daylight saving time, my session times shift by one hour during different parts of the year. You can see the full Arizona schedule above.
