Online therapy for women in Alaska, Arizona, Texas, Utah & Washington 🤍

Therapy for the ones who are really good at taking care of everyone but themselves.

I’m an anxiety & trauma therapist for young adult women. I work with people-pleasers, overthinkers & big feelers trying to understand how their relationships, families, faith or past experiences shaped who they learned to be.

I provide virtual therapy for clients in Alaska, Arizona, Texas, Utah & Washington, with a focus on people-pleasing, anxiety, attachment wounds, relational trauma & religious trauma. When it fits, I incorporate EMDR as a modality to help you process trauma. I use a very relational, curious & human approach. I’m glad you’re here!

Text says 'Hi! I'm Emilee.' in light blue cursive font.

Let me guess: you’re really good at keeping everyone else okay. And it’s exhausting.

You notice the shift in someone’s tone. Replay conversations to make sure you didn’t say something wrong. Say “it’s fine” before you’ve even figured out if it actually is. You know how to anticipate what everyone else needs…but when someone asks what you want, suddenly you’re not so sure.

My guess is that these patterns helped you stay connected, avoid conflict, or feel safe in some way. In your sessions, we’ll understand why these patterns are there so that you can reach for other ways to show up that allow you to exhale.

I’m licensed to work with clients in:

Hear back from me.

I’ll read over what you share & reach out within two business days. If it seems like we’ll be a good fit, we’ll schedule a 15-minute consultation call. (If I’m not the best match for your needs, I’ll send you names of other therapists who will hopefully be a better match.)
