Over the past couple of years I discovered that I am a resource therapist. What do I mean by that? I love that there are so many incredible tools & educational spaces out there for our use. Resources allow me to engage in my own continual therapeutic development AND resources serve as important supplements for my clients to continue their work outside of session. I’ve compiled 1,400+ mental health resources on a range of topics. You can view the list of topics & the types of resources here. Feel free to check out more questions below! Then when you’re ready, you can sign up to access this valuable database!

  • Right now, the membership only includes access to the mental health resource database I’ve compiled. There are plans for more perks in the future—stay tuned! ;)

  • I don’t provide a preview to the entire database, but here’s a link to the Table of Contents & Glossary. This file details out the topics covered & types of resources provided.

  • As of 5/14/2024, there are 1,412 resources listed! The types of resources include:

    • Activities (therapeutic exercises for therapists to use with clients in session)

    • Apps (for your phone)

    • Articles

    • Assessments (both researched measures & just-for-fun personality quizzes)

    • Books

    • Courses

    • Directories (to find therapists based on need & location)

    • Exercises (practices to support your mental health)

    • Images (graphics & visual aids)

    • Orgs (support based on topic/need)

    • Podcasts (both series & specific episodes are listed)

    • Products (materials, decor, & helpful tools)

    • Social (social media accounts--Instagram & Tik Tok)

    • Trainings (further education for therapists)

You can view more information (including the total number of resources in each category) on this page.

  • Anyone! If you are someone looking for tools & resources to support your mental health, there is a lot in the database that can help you. If you are a therapist seeking resources to provide to your clients or to further your own education, the database would be a great tool for you, too.

  • Like most therapists, I have specific areas that I specialize in. My areas of focus include anxiety, trauma, women’s issues & relationships. Because of my draw to those specific areas, you’ll find that there are a few more resources included within those areas. That being said, I have compiled resources on a wide range of topics and plan to continue expanding the list. You can view an updated list of topics on the Glossary page here.
